Daughter Anne--the bed and furniture that she lyes on, and the chest and trunk as she has made use of.

Son Henry Haynie-all my lands

Rest of estate to be equally divided between my children Macksamillion, John, Winifred Morris, and Henry, Abner, and Anne

To wife Mary-my best feather bed and furniture and her side saddle, use of whole estate during her natural life, and after her death to: Joseph Bridgeman-one heifer, and one sow. Henry Haynie Jun.--one cow and calf.

Benja. Dogged-one bed and furniture, and my wearing clothes.

James Airs-one bed and furniture and my shoe makers tools, and my chest. Rest of estate at wifes death to be equally divided between my cousins John Haynie, Henry Haynie, Abner Haynie, and Winefred Maurice. Wife executor. Witnes: James Daughety. Presented in Court by Mary Bridgeman, the executor.
