Peter Green Assignee of William MCDADE Plt against Benja. Soshe otherwise called Benja Sowersby Deft: On a Petition for 4 pounds 17 shillings & 7 pence half penny said to be due by Bill. This day came the Plaintiff by his Attorney and the Deft. having been duly served with a copy of the Plt. Petition and summonded to Appear and now called and not appearing. It is therefore considered by the court that the Plaintif recover against the Deft. the debt in the Petition mentioned amounting to 4 pounds 17 shillings and 7 pence half penny and his costs by him to this behalf expended.
