A Deed of Sale from Jacob Johnston & Susannah his wife to Patrick McDavid for 100 acres dated the 24th day of April 1769 proved by George Lampkin evidence thereto. Ordered to be registered.
Patrick McDavid & Daniel Shipman came into court and produced his Excellency's Commission appointing each of them a Lieutenant of the Militia of this Province subscribed the test and entered on the duty of their office.
