McDADE, Ernestine Stewart Age 82, of Miamisburg, OH; died Saturday September 30, 2006 at Heartland Hospice. Ernestine was born in Van Lear, KY on July 11, 1924 to Sturgill and Nancy (DeLong) Stewart. She was formerly employed by Lazarus where she worked in the fine jewelry department and was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary Unit 31 of the Military Order of the Purple Heart in Dayton, OH. Ernestine was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Douglas Stewart; and a grandson, Mark Blair. She is survived by her husband Clarence 'Mickey' McDade of Franklin; 2 brothers, Raymond and Glen Stewart of Ashland, KY; 2 sons, Terry Blair and wife Mary Lou of Miamisburg and Jerry Blair and wife Raquel of Ontario, CA; 3 grandsons, Brent, Bryan, and Ryan Blair of CA; a granddaughter, Beverlee of Pickerington, OH; 3 great grandsons, Cameron and Brandon of CA; Josh of OH; 4 step-children, Jim McDade and wife Sharon of Franklin, Tom McDade and wife Roxanne of Springboro, Ann Adams and husband Rick of Corona, CA, and Nancy McDade Zechar of Dayton; 4 step grandchildren, Beth McDade, Jimmy McDade and wife Beth, Maggie Donisi and husband Randy, Emily Weghorst and husband Carl; 2 step great-grandchildren; special friends, Dave and Julie Lewis of TX; Virginia Alexander, Gwen Satterfield, and Kay Blair of OH. Funeral services are 10AM Wednesday, October 4, 2006 at Anderson Funeral Home, 40 N. Main St Springboro, OH with Rev Diann O'Bryant officiating. Burial will be in Hill Grove Cemetery.
