"The following obituary was found in a bible belonging to Mary McDade Korff Siebert upon her death. I can only guess that it was either a Verona or Pittsburgh paper in 1924."

Mrs. Levina Erb McDade, aged 62 years, died at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Albright, in Vogels Lane, Verona, Pa., on Tuesday morning, May 25th, at 10:30 o'clock, after a lingering illness.

Besides her husband, Charles McDade, she is survived by two sons, Dr. W.J. McDade of Oakland, Ca., and James F. McDade of Pittsburgh; three daughters, Mrs. Mary Korff and Mrs. Laura Farmer of Pittsburgh; and Mrs. Elizabeth Albright of Verona.

Funeral services will be held at the Verona Methodist Episcopal Church this Friday afternoon at 2:30, daylight time. Friends of the family are invited to attend.

*This article is the only written proof I have regarding Levina as a married woman. The County and State maintain that this woman never existed.

**This article had many misspelled words, which I corrected.
