MRS. DOCIA RUTH McDADE


Mrs. Docia Ruth McDade, 83, of Newnan died June 6, 1997 at Starcrest Nursing Home in Newnan.

Born March 29, 1914 in Gordon, Ga., Mrs. McDade was the daughter of the late Dora George and the widow of Sarles R. McDade.

Graveside services were held June 8 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with the Rev. Mike Poole officiating.

Survivors include her sons, Jimmy McDade, Gary McDade; daughters, Gail Walston, Sylvia Carlson, Joan Miller; father, Isaac W. George; and sisters, Velvia Poddy and Florrie Poole.
